MyBrowserPage is a starter page with Metro design, graphical list of the most popular sites and multiple search engine included, requires no registration, is free to use. It is an application rather than extension. You can make it as your Home page. It has Social Networking sites, news and entertainment sites. But there is a limitation that you cannot edit or add your favorite sites other than the defaults. I wish there should be at least one section of tiles be editable by the user, and should be able to edit the arrangement of the placing of the tiles.
