How to increase the performance of your pc
Who doesn't want a fast and error free computer in todays world. It enhances your experience to use your pc. However if your pc is not so fast you can still increase its performance. So after reading this post you will be able to make your computer work faster.
What are we gonna do here?
We are going to turn off the unnecessary visual effects from your pc and defrag all of your hard-disks.
What is Defrag??
There is a filling system in your Hard Disk which is used to locate files. Over time, filing system gets disorganized. Periodically, you need to reorganize this filing system on your hard drive. So we are going to Defragment your Hard Disk to put your system in order.
Here are steps:
Tip 1.
Turning off unnecessary visual effects.
Step 1.
Open My Computer and click on Computer Pane.
Step 2.
Click on Properties. A new window will appear.
Step 3.
After the word Rating, you will see Windows Experience Index, click on that.
*If you do not see that just Rate your computer by clicking on whatever is there after the word Rating.
Step 4.
Then click on Adjust Visual effects in the left pane.

Step 5.
A new window will appear. By default, Let windows choose what's best for my computer will be selected. Select Adjust for best performance.
**Just in case font style irritates you just select the option Smooth edges for screen fonts. And your font will be okay as before with your computer still faster than before. You can manually select some of the options for your convenience and they will not affect your computer's fast performance.
These are the settings I have used. My computer works great with this.
Step 2.
Then select Properties and switch to Tools Tab.
Step 3.
Under the Optimize and defragment option, click on Optimize.
Step 4.
A new window will pop-up. Then select any of your hard-disk and click on Optimize button.
The defragmentation will start. Wait till that finishes, it will take some time to finish.
After following both of these tips, you'll 110% see a difference in the speed of your pc....
So, don't think much and try this trick.....
